A lot of people on here seem to swear by many different natural remedies for stress and n*. I thought I would start a list of things I take that help me. Please add to it! Knowing what helps others from personal experience is really helpful.

These(also easy to swallow)pills are taken before eating to help prevent n* and bloating. I checked every ingredient before I bought it and when it seemed perfect I decided to try it. Now I love it.

This is just some straight up peppermint tea. It helps with n* and bloating and tastes really yummy.

This brand is amazing for stress and anxiety. I bought it because if the ingredients and their purposes(it seems like it was made for emets). Now I know it says it is a sleep aid but it actually isn't. It relieves the stress the keeps most people awake. It doesn't actually make you tired. It takes alright. It actually tastes like alcohol(most like brandy).
