***** WARNING FOR HIGHLY SUGGESTIVE PEOPLE

I haven't seen this asked before but does anyone else here associate
stiff, sore legs, especially sore knees with *sv? It seems
that everytime I've had a *sv that my legs have hurt a lot just before
and during. Not to say everytime I've had sore legs that I've *v
but everytime I've *v, I've had stiff legs. My psych told me to
ask my doc whom I don't see til next week, has anyone else had this?

I cannot remember. I remember weakness, but I don't recall being sore.

That was respectful of you to warn about your post. Thanks.

I wonder if it's from tensing your muscles...anxiety (and therefore not the actual virus). I used to get stiff, sore legs when I flew on planes. Now that I'm no longer anxious, ...no stiff legs!

That crossed my mind too but its more than tension, its definitely
achy, not quite pain, but very achy and sore. I suppose it could
be tension, its not like it happens so often that I can stop and
examine how I feel

Oh and my original post should say 'warning to highly suggestible </span>people.' I regret the error

perhaps the anxiety is releasing hormones (gluco-corticoids) into your muscles, readying them for "fight or flight", and this makes them sore. Could be coupled with tensing your muscles or not breathing properly (i.e., holding your breath).

Also, with any sort of virus, you would have body aches, but not specifically in the legs I guess.

I felt very tired, but then I started feeling very n* and I decided to
eat an apple because I thought that was because I was hungry. So after

I don't remember every having any symptoms with SV except Nausea and vomiting. That's why I'm suprised when people talk about aches or D* or anything else because it's not my experience. I agree it could be tension though. When I'm anxious sometimes I physically ache later.
Be courageous, believe in yourself, and be the best woman you can be. I'm with you all the way.
