how many people always knock on wood?

Hey, i was just wondering because i've seen quite a few people type knock on wood, (i usually say touch wood) I've founf i say it out loud quite a bit, like when i was last ill i was saying to my bf, hopefully thats the end of it "touch wood" although now he has me saying, touch wood, hairy woods the best. (and touch my head) So stupid, but i cant feel i can say summit without touching wood to make sure i've not tempted fate. Anyone else like that?

Only when i'm really nervous or talking about when I last v*ed. I swear, i think my psychiatrist was gonna put me in the hospital when i went for the evaluation meeting and knocked on wood like, 10 times.

I say knock on wood every once in awhile. If there is no wood around I knock on my head (I know I am such a freak!). I don't do it just with emet stuff I do it for many other things as well!! ~Brandi~

I am always saying knock on wood. always. and if there is wood around, i knock on it, if not i use my head. not sure if that counts though! lol!

^^Ha ha! I always knock wood, or say it or type it. If there is no wood, I will knock on the closest available thing.

I always touch wood too! My other big superstition is saying "Morning your worship, how's your ladyship" whenever I see just one magpie!
