Im very confused about panic attacks...

I have a few experiences that might have been panic attacks but Im not sure... once I fell to the ground after being extremely dizzy then thinking i was going to v*, I started to cry and shake furiously... thenjust last yearmy friends forced me to go the graduation dance (which just so happened to be on a boat!) And I started crying and curled up in a corner sweating and shaking and moaning about suicide. and some other stuff along those lines.

    so are they panic attacks?

    Hi there!!

Those definitely could be symptoms of panic attacks. I get them as well, and I've noticed the first sign for me is I feel like I cannot breathe and my heart pounds. Then comes the shaking, the n*, and so forth. They are horrible!!!
