How ya doin' now, Melanie? I think our warmer Mid-west weather has really helped because I've been feeling better lately too. I've even made it through a couple of "false alarms" with my kids & I didn't panic!
I've started trying to pay attention to what makes my stomach feel "off". I've noticed that diet coke on an empty stomach hurts. Diet Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero really make it hurt, empty or not. Milk will make it hurt. If I've been nervous or if I'm tired it hurts & sometimes n* It never amounts to much.
I found some Ginger candy at Target recently. It's not the best tasting, in fact it's weird because it is sweet & hot. But, every time I've eaten it, it gets rid of my stomach ache within 10 minutes.
Is there a Target near you? Dubuque? (I just like typing Dubuque)

PS. Sorry, I wasn't around the other day when you needed a back up.
