    Okay, we all have things we like to do that help us through our manic
    personalities. I tried to make a list of relatively harmless
    addictions that help us to cope.



    For me personally, it has to be shopping and channel flipping.

    keeping myself busy helps when the urge has subsided. i like to game (maplestory) or watch concerts of my favorite celebs.

    Smokin a joint helps me out sometimes, relaxes my stomach and my anxiety...but this is not a permanent fix!!

    I am seriously addicted to altoids too! I'm having one right now....I will
    eat 3 at a time! but from the list I always have to have the tv on!
