So the holiday season is almost underway and over and im sure we have all been stuffing ( cleanly of course) ham , cookies , and eggnog in our bellys and now they have filled out sorta. I am in need for some great ways to lose a lil belly weight. Any suggestions?

Yoga and Pilates...It's not like working out...I refuse to workout and I don't run or get on a treadmill.

And lots of fruits, vegetables and fish.

I do Pilates and Yogaeveryday(Sister is an instructor) and my body has never been better...It's amazing how I can contort now. I eat what I want, all in moderation though. Oh and I drink all the sweet tea I want(I know you are a Southern girl also)...But I also drink water, even though I hate it.

Trust me, do it...

I do Weight Watchers and go to Curves...10 down, 20 more to go!

I agree with Kasey---pilates is amazing! It's relatively easy to do and you only have to do it a few times a week. Plus it's very relaxing so it helps with stress as well. I also eat alot of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink alot of water. I cannot stand plain water (too boring!) so I get the calorie-free flavored ones.

I have been kind of slacking lately and eating too much crap....... It's hard to get motivated when it's so gloomy out! Ugh....

I've been doing pilates for three years now. When I started, I
was a size 14 and roughly 150 pounds. Now I'm 120 pounds and wear
a size 5/6. Most of the cellulite is gone and I have more
energy. Right now we are remodeling our kitchen, so cooking pasta
is inconvenient, though we have a hotplate and water source. I
swear I lost my last 5 pounds by not eating the pasta everyday!

I'm also Italian heritage so breads and oils are my downfall. I
could seriously survive on just those things and potatos too!

Hey Mary,

You bet we can.. I cant believe how well WW works. I am really enjoying being on the program. I feel like it was made for me because I love tracking things anyway.

Hey Kim--I weighed in last night and my total weight loss is 10 pounds exactly. (It's 12 when I weigh in at home...in the morning....naked! Haha!) I was excited to get the little star! I like the program, too! Good luck on Sunday! :-)

Haha! I always want to strip there, too! Well, my wedding is July 7, so that's when I'd like to be at my goal!

Thanks!! This week will be super hard for me. My b-day is tomorrow, plus holiday stuff. It's so hard! Did you start the "new" program yet? It gave me an extra point!
