I make them every year and sometimes I even keep them. This time they are, in no particular order:

Continue not biting my nails

Learn to be more tactful with people (I tend to say exactly what I think, not always the best idea)

Get out more - say yes to things.

Obviously try and make some progress with this phobia

Pass my exams

Go down a clothes size.
[/list]

    What are yours?

For the gut, I saw on extreme make over the fitness expert say about doing situps, most people do situps and there stomach and muscles are being pushed out when you do them, suck your muscles inwards and squeeze in when you do them, it is weird and kinda different and hard to explain but I think it helps.. January 4th is my one year anniversary fro quitting smoking! YA ME! I want to do this thi syear...

Focus more on myself, my problems, and what I can do to fix myself in all aspects ( stop blaming other people, being angry at others, forgiving people, understanding ect )

Start to work on my bachelors deg.

stand up for myself more. Stop letting others control me, my emotions, take responsibility for my emotions.
