I keep getting a hot flushing feeling along with nausea. My stomach doesn't hurt, though. I think this is how I felt with my last sv*. Any advice?

Try to calm down first of all, because that exacerbates everything else. Do you have ginger candy or tea? Or do you have any anti emetics? How about peppermint or tea? Even the dramamine may help....hope you are o.k.</font>

The hot flashes could be from the anxiety you're experiencing right now. Are you at home? try to put on something cooler and see how you feel then.

I've got it very cool in here. I've taken meclizine, REglan, and Ativan. My anxiety is terrible lately, but this is horrible!

It sounds like you've taken everything you can. Hang in there till it all kicks in. I'm sorry you're feeling so yucky-I am too.I wish it would go away.

I know, I've taken all my rescue meds, except Petpo-Bismol, but the problem isn't in my stomach. I HATE this phobia and anxiety!

The hot feeling with the n* was exactly what I felt when I had my last
panic attack in October. I was under a lot of stress at the time
and had made the mistake of drinking a diet pop on an empty
stomach. I read the hot and dizzy feeling as impending doom when
it was just the caffeine. My getting panicky also brought on a
case of IBS. Since that night, I've avoided pop and large meals
in the evenings and I eat mostly in the morning and at lunch.
