When they say to sanatize keyboards, phones, etc....what are you suppose to use? I wipe down the keyboards, phones, cd player, control board, microphone, and computer mouse with Clorox Wipes and I spray Lysol on the door knobs...but I don't think any of those kills the Norovirus!!!!! What DOES kill the Norovirus???

the only thing i trust is straight bleach, but probably not a good idea to use it on those things!...just keep your hands clean and out of your mouth after touching keyboards, etc....

Bleach kills norovirus, so your clorox wipes should do it (check the label). Also, never use straight bleach on anything - it's far too toxic. A very mild bleach solution of 1 tablespoon to a litre (quart) of water makes a fine bleach killer machine. If you're ultra-scared, put in two tablespoons. But using it straight is way overkill, and the toxicity could eventually give you other problems, maybe even make you sick.


I think Alvin and I read up on Lysol, and I can't remember if it does or doesn't kill it, but I'm leaning toward that it doesn't. YOu could spray the mild bleach on your doorknobs, though...and all other surfaces.
