is there typically some sort of pain or uneasiness in the stomach (w/ or w/o d*) along with the n*, or can it just be n* all by itself?

Sounds like anxiety to me.I used to live in constant state of n* and sweats. Try to be calm. I try and vacuum or something. Find your thing.

But asv can be on a whole spectrum of "discomfort". Depending on your immune system, the amount of virus, la, la, la. So many factors. It could be as simple as a small stomach ache, to the dreaded v* that lasts for days. Many ppl here have had many sv w/o v*ing at all.

I have had sv's that have produced both pain/upset and nausea and one that I was just extremely nauseous, my stomach didn't even bother me except for the queasiness I experienced when I got up and became very light-headed

Try putting a freezing cold wash cloth on your face or stand with your
head in the freezer for a few minutes. That always helps me when
I feel nauseas due to a panic attack.

I agree with crystalmom, try to find something that takes your mind off
of it. For me it's anything like crosswords or circle a word, anything
that makes my mind think of something else besides what I'm feeling.
    Works everytime for me.

    Good luck!
