    i'm in the midst of a huge panic attack. im dizzy and SO NAUSEOUS and im freaking out. i dont want to v*. i'd rather die then v* right now. i cant breathe im so scared i dont want to have to go through this

    You will be okay! I would look at it like this way, you know you are
    having a panic attack, so you will not v*. You are just scared and need
    to do something to calm yourself down. Try finding something that needs
    to be cleaned or cleaned out, paint your nails, or take a bath. If I
    find something to keep myself busy, I usually start calming down.

    i dont know i was driving and all of a sudden i started feeling n* and my stomach felt weird. now im dizzy and freaking out and i have a lump in my throat it feels like :[

    Try taking a cold shower or laying down with a freezing cold wash cloth over your face. Then try to breathe as slow as you can, really concentrate on breathing in and out slow and methodically.

    This has happened to me alot. It'll start out small, and it'll escalate from 0-100 in about 5 seconds!! What I do is take deep breaths, and try talking to someone to get your mind off of it. Maybe a quick walk outside will help.
