A few nights ago my 9 month old son v*ed for the first time. He spit up constantly until about 2 months ago but this was a real heave/projectile number (although only one heave and only a little v*). Anyway, although I was a bit frazzled by the thought of it happening more times that night,I waspretty calmright after the episode - i wasn't shaking or anything. Hehas been fine ever since.

That is really good! For someone to not be shakingor a wreckafter is a good step towards beating the phobia. good job!

Good for you for handling it so well!! You should be proud of yourself!! The first time my son really v*ed (when he was about 2) I put him on the floor and bolted out of the room. God, I'm still ashamed about that. Thankfully he is too young to remember it!
