Right now I'm loving things like The Sounds, The Gossip. They are both kind of like the Scissor Sisters. I also love Rosie Thomas, Nerina Pallot and Anna Nalick (they fill my girly music quota)

I am looking for music for my ipod for my wedding! That will be my DJ, after the set of live music performed by my family and friends (and me!). Any suggestions?

I love Justin Timberlake...the Future Sex/Love Sounds CD is awesome. I love Evanescence (someone said that already). Uh...Pink!, John Mayer. I have been downloading some old stuff like Jon Bon Jovi (the old stuff) and White Snake (shut up lol). Prince is making a come back (is he technically R&B?). If I think of some more I'll repost.

I know you said no country but I LOOOOOVE Rascal Flatts. My bf sang that at his sisters wedding bc "God bless this broken road" was there wedding song. It is now my absolutely favorite song!!!

Kasey, you stole mine! Well a lot of them. The new Arcade Fire and Shins are both great, as is the new Andrew Bird.

I put my iPod on shuffle, and the first song to come on was "Map of the Problematique", by Muse - so I'm gonna reccommend that one!

I also love "Queer" by Garbage, and "Shut me up" by Mindless Self Indulgence.Edited by: angel13
