i'm freaking out... i drank some coffee before, then went to the bathroom, not too loose or anything... my stomach has been making loud gurgly noises since then and i'm freaking out... WHAT IS THIS?

Just digestion noises, especially if you have not been eating much. Try to stay calm, it's just normal digestion noises.

Just to add again to what lgood said, thats all it is!
coffee can sometimes set off youre ibs and even if you dont just youre bowels as it is, youre ok!

Coffee always does that to me, especially with cream in it. That's why I quit drinking it.

yep...it's the coffee. I love it, though, so I've just accepted the gurglies. Today I ran across a combo of my two favorite things~ coffee flavored gum. It is yummy.

I suffer from the "gurglies" quite often, and I promise you, I've never gotten sick from it. It's just sort of uncomfortable, but it will pass. Maybe try eating a little snack, something bland.
