IES Colors

I was wondering how many of you have the original peach skin color as
your IES background. I want to change mine, but I get worried I
will jinx myself or something. Please tell me someone else has
tried to change the color, but went back to the original like me.
If not, then what color did you pick?

Mine is the apricot. Orange is a good tummy color~In Reiki it isthe color of calm, centered stomach. I painted my living room orange(darker than apricot and the ceiling brown...it looks really good) and since then the n* and panic has been better. I am not absolutely sure why, but I give credit to the orange color.(Try it, the next time you feel bad, close your eyes and think orange)


I changed the skin fairly frequently at first, I think you'll be fine if you want to change it up. We have to take baby steps with this phobia and push ourselves. Change it-knowing that you can do something different and not v* will make you feel better. Promise.

Im green. Im with the color therapy too.
Boyfriend is sick and Im sending him green light. Although it doesnt seem to be working at all. Poor baby.

apricot.. I love it I think its a pretty color. I just tried changing it and really dont like the others. and that yellow one - some colors just remind me of v* and that yellow skin is one of them. [img]smileys/smilies_05.gif[/img]

I have blue. I think it just stays? I like the blue so I haven't changed it in a while but I'm pretty sure it stays once you change it.


Can I ask a question? And I know this is written rather than said so know that it is not meant to be condescending, I really am just curious ... why are you afraid to change the color?
