I go through periods of regular exercise then I go through periods without it.

Christmas for sure. It is so fun to experience it through the eyes of a child (my son is 5).

Do you have any morning rituals?

Hope they were good episodes
On days I feel well:
-wake up at 4 & take shower
-drink sugar free red bull/ smoke 1/2 cigarette
-go jogging for 25-30 mins
-do ab workout
-get ready for work/drink 2 cups of coffee

On days I don't feel well, I skip the jog and ab exercises. The work thing still happens-I haven't figured out how to be independently wealthy yet!

Besides the emet, what would you most like to change about yourself?

I wish I was more motivated and I also wish I wouldn't over-think everything.

My idols are Stacey London (what not to wear) and Victoria Beckham.
They both have amazing fashion sense and make their livings doing what they are passionate about.

im not too sure, but id probably have to say martin luther king jr. i am very opinionated, and i just think he made such a significant impact on the world basically.

If I could do anything, I'd love to forget about school and travel for a year. I've always wanted to be a free-spirit that can feel at home anywhere, yet I struggle with homesickness and anxiety with flying

What was your favourite memory as a child?

Probably the summer I took tennis lessons with my sisters and a bunch of other kids. Our teacher was awesome, and I just remember perfect warm summer days and running around having fun.

Oh gosh, there are so many. 50 First Dates was the first comedy movie I saw, and to this day it's one of the funniest to me.

I like most stand-up comedy. My favorite comedian by far is Kathy Griffin.
