Your emet settings have been adjusted as a result of daylight savings time.

You might notice things being off by an hour for a day or two, but everything will be all right. When you are feeling anxious about the possibility of vomiting, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where the feeling has passed and everything is OK.

When you are concerned that your child might vomit, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where your child is resting with a popsicle and your spouse cleaned everythig up.

When you are sure you're going to do the tummy toss any minute, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where you're relaxing and not feeling nauseated at all and your mouth has a pleasant taste.

An emet clock can be so useful. Why don't we all work on using ours?
