Your emet settings have been adjusted as a result of daylight savings time.

You might notice things being off by an hour for a day or two, but everything will be all right. When you are feeling anxious about the possibility of vomiting, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where the feeling has passed and everything is OK.

When you are concerned that your child might vomit, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where your child is resting with a popsicle and your spouse cleaned everythig up.

When you are sure you're going to do the tummy toss any minute, turn your emet clock ahead an hour to the point where you're relaxing and not feeling nauseated at all and your mouth has a pleasant taste.

An emet clock can be so useful. Why don't we all work on using ours?

LOL! Wouldn't that be nice? Maybe someday, someone will create a clock that will allow you to do just that.

I also think that's a neat method idea to help with the phobia.

    Update -

It worked for me last night!
I usually wake up at 4 anxious but I woke at 5 today and my thoughts weren't 'how am I' but 'oooooo whos gonna be the first to boil the kettle' lol

I'm kidding but this actually did work ! I feel ALOT more anxious 2-4am....but if you go to bed an hour later you'll probs wake later and nearer daytime thus feeling calmer....

    I sound crazy lol
    Nice thread!
