I always seem to panic the worst in the evening between like 5 and 8 pm. I also panic more when I'm at home, I guess because almost every time I have v* it's been at home. Is there a certain time of day when you panic more than others?

Usually half way through my shift at work (around 6pm) all the way until I go to sleep (around 2am.)
Keep my heart light, maintain internal heights.
Night time definitely. When the sun starts to go down, my anxiety goes up. Stays that way until around 11pm-12am or when I'm tired enough to knock myself out.

night time
Night time is the worst for me too. I haven't gone to bed before 4-5 a.m in couple of months now, because I have been too scared.
I wake up with heart palpations at 4AM almost everyday. The anxiety is terrible for me at that time.
Mine without a doubt spikes on an evening. But there's no gentle downward curve, I usually start about 5 or 6 (not every night, sometimes I'm fine) and go right up until I finally fall asleep which can be 1am
Definitely night time but sometimes also the morning, right before I leave for work because I get all stressed out at the idea of taking the subway, I'm always worrying about the fact that I could be sick in it, in front of everybody, with nowhere else to run and hide !

In the evening.
Night... because by then I will have eaten something and the 'what ifs' start.
Night time, especially right before bed. The irrational fears start in.
On days I do feel panicky, mine usually starts early in the day when the office starts to fill up. I don't like crowds and we're packed in like sardines. Then it gets worse when I'm about to get on the subway. I'm usually OK once I get home. It's my safe place.
Mine is mild 24/7. It usually is moderate to high starting around 8 or so amd lasting until I get up in the morning!
