Awww hun I'm feeling exactly the same way! I started a new job today and I can't get back to sleep now because I feel feverish and n* and I'm scared I caught something from travelling on the bus or maybe eating something bad at work! It's such a horrible feeling I totally understand, but try to do something to take your mind off it like reading or watching a movie, that's what I'm trying to do now lol! I have to get up for work in like 5 hours and I'm so mad that I can't get to sleep now because I feel s* it's gonna mean that I won't be able to concentrate at work

Why do stomachs have to be so GAY!?

i'll bet it just anxiety-induced n*. how are you feeling now? i'd say take
a benadryl, as it will help with the sneezing and general icky feeling,
and it will also help you to get to sleep (and it helps with n* too!). drink
water for the post-nasal drip also! just try and relax and get some
sleep, i totally understand that horrible lack of sleep feeling, but it won't
make you v*!
