    I know it may sound odd but i can't go out if I already ate because of the fear of v*.Well Im happy because today I ate and walked...to the park ..alone..and I felt great ! No panic no nothing. I actually started to eat and go out an its a real achivement for me !!! One step ahead

    That's so great! What a big step, yay!
    One thing that I do (and one of my best friends who also has emet) is that we walk! EVERYWHERE. At any time. The fresh air just helps so much

    That is good to hear. Keep growing, getting stronger and making steps. (Best not to rush it in my opinion, but slow and steady steps.)
