this to me is an important factor with this emetophobia.
personally myself i think about it first thing when i get up in the morning and numerous times throughout the day. im just interested to see if you experience the same.

it depends on whether I've been anywhere recently I could have picked one up. even if I haven't, I still think about it a little bit.

yes i think i have to agree tessa17. it does seem to be situation based with me too. if i know someone has been ill recently with th sv it will always be on my mind but under normal circumstances i may worry about it 5 times or less.

i put over 5 times as i always think about it all the time =( even if ive been nowhere i convince myself i could still have caugt a bug =(
