spamming - i just need responses quick becasue i am panicking!

I AM SO SCARED!!!

i just got a rumbling nasty feeling in my lower stomach and got the
runs about half an hour ago. my heart is pounding and i am getting
n*, but i can't tell which kind it is. i am shaking, i am so scared, and
crying.


do sv*s and food poisoning work like that? would it be possible to get
d* and then later v*???? how long should i wait until im safe?????????
??? PLEASE HELP! i've been so diligent with my norovirus-killing hand
sanitizer and not eating out or eating anything sketchy. please say

I have had D first and then V....What typically happens to me..is D doesn't just start...I just begin having the urge to go and then the nausea begins to escalate...and once the nausea begins...it typically comes on fast..it doesn't give you too long to think about it..

what is a noro virus killing hand sanitizer? I thought soap and water or washing your hands is the best way?

well, i use DepHyze - they claim to kill noro.

yeah..i just saw another thread where they said the Germ X wipes/not gel..are good too...it has to have some blah blah chloride in it...I will be purchasing some of those next trip to the store...I didn't know that regular hand sanitizer SUCKED (singing).
