Nausea

I'm going to a gastroenterologist soon, because I've been having various problems for months now. But can someone please tell me how the heck I know if this is nausea or not? Would I know? Where the heck is it? Would my stomach hurt if I was going to throw up? I'm really really REALLY scared :/

I may not explain it the best way, because it's is kind of hard to pinpoint the exact feeling. But pretty much feels like almost at any moment you could V*. Also, the thought of food is a huge turn off, so much so it makes you feel a bit sick. Also, I find that it makes my 'gag reflex' more heightened. I don't know if you know what that is, or feels like, but again almost like you could be s* at any moment. And for me usually when i am N* my stomach already hurts for one reason or another.
BUT, i think that it is probably differnet for everyone, and i don't know what your illness is, or what is causing it. So in your case it could be different, but what i mentioned is what is is like for me.
