    Hey guys,

Just a quick info to let you all know that I'm having major surgery on Thursday, February 12th. It's an ELECTIVE double-mastectomy-reconstruction, and the surgery lasts 11 hours. I will be in hospital 5 days and then recovering for 2 months.
So I won't be around for who knows how long!
But please point newbies to my info - especially my website and everyone try to stay calm, ok?

I'll be back as soon as I'm well enough.
If you're a religious person - pray for me! I don't imagine I'll feel too great when I wake up.
But I can promise you all that I'm not afraid. Dreading it a bit, but not afraid. Praise be!

Everyone take care and I'll see you in April sometime.
    Love Sage

oh Sage, will pray. Please reassure me, will someone be around to pull posts that are reported as inappropriate? This weeked I reported a truly offensive post and it was down within an hour, I was so happy someone was there to help, will Doug or someone else be able to do this?

Thanks so much for all your well-wishes everyone - they mean so much to me. I can truly feel the strength of everyone's prayers surrounding me as I head into this.

I won't be back to the boards now for a while - a few weeks anyway. Tomorrow is the big day.

Take care and may God bless you, every one!

Hey guys - check out the Private Forum for a topic called "back from the jaws of hell" - it's not sticky.

UN-sticking this post now. It's good to be back. See you on the other thread!
