I absolutely love this song and I find myself singing it when I'm depressed and it encourages my spirit so much. If you want to listen to it, I've included a link to the song. Anyways here are the lyrics, Enjoy!

    http://www.muvids.com/4918_video_mar..._i_worship_you

    I was lost
But you came and found me
    You left your thrown
    Thinking about me
    You bled and died
    To show me mercy
    You gave your all
    Because you saw my need
    I was empty
But you came and filled me
    I was blinded
But you helped me to see
    I was broken
but you made me whole again
    I felt like nothing
    But you gave me confidence
    And I'm filled with so
    much gratitude
    That words are not enough
    To explain the
    magnitude the passion
    of my love

    [Chorus:]
    You took everything I
was and made me what I am
And with all I am I
    worship you [2x]

    You were life
    When I was dying
    You were strength
    When I was crying
    You were right
    and I was so wrong
    A melody
    When I had no song

    And I'm filled so much
    with gratitude
    That words are not enough
    To explain the
    magnitude the passion
    of my love

    [Chorus 2x]

    [Musical interlude]

    [Chorus 2x]
    Key change [solo ad lib]
    [Chorus 1x]
    Key change [solo ad lib]
    [Chorus 1x]
    Key change [solo ad lib]
    [Chorus 1x]
    Key change ( [duet:]
    You took the worst of
    me, and made the best
    of me, and gave your
    best to me)
    [Chorus 2x]

    I worship you [repeat:]

Great example of God's love, true even when it doesn't feel that way...

Also one beautiful song. Helps sometimes.

The lights go out all around me
One last candle to keep out the night
And then the darkness surrounds me
    I know I'm alive
But I feel like I've died

And all that's left is to accept that it's over
My dreams ran like sand through the fists that I made
I try to keep warm but I just grow colder
I feel like I'm slipping away

    After all this has passed
    I still will remain
    After I've cried my last
    There'll be beauty from pain
    Though it won't be today
    Someday I'll hope again
And there'll be beauty from pain
You will bring beauty from my pain

My whole world is the pain inside me
The best I can do is just get through the day
When life before is only a memory
I wonder why God let me walk through this place

And though I can't understand why this happened
I know that I will when I look back someday
And see how You've brought beauty from ashes
And made me as gold purified through these flames

Here and I am at the end of me (at the end of me)
Trying to hold to what I can't see
    I forgot how to hope
    This night's been so long
I cling to your promise there will be a dawn
It was hard but I'd do it again (c)
Sometimes it takes a thousand tries to win (c)

The Butterfly by Dolores O'Riordan (I don't know why, but this song comforts me)

I sat there waiting and waiting
The sunlight filled the windowsill I sat upon
He could feel my eyes following him
    As he fluttered
    Helplessly

    How could she fear?
    Something so beautiful
I will take you in the palm of my hands
    I will bring you
    Into her world
    For her to see

There is nothing to fear for
    You’re afraid of me
There is nothing to fear for
    You’re afraid of me

She sat there smiling as I approached her
My revelation for her to see
    Her greatest fear
    Was beautiful
And he wouldn’t dream of hurting even me

    How could she fear?
    Something so beautiful
I will take you in the palm of my hands
    I will bring you
    Into her world
    For her to see

There is nothing to fear for
    You’re afraid of me
There is nothing to fear for
    You’re afraid of me

    You’re afraid of me

    Listen Here: Atmosphere - TobyMac

Though I'm not a strict Christian (I'm more of a Spiritualist tbh >_&gt I do find that lots of religious music gives an amazing positive feeling. This song is amazing for helping you through anything. I'm a voice major and I couldn't sing for 6 months due to a vocal polyp. This song is the one thing that kept me going. It's great for when you're feeling icky too

    Lyrics:

I know you keep a journal and every page is rippled
From the tears that you cry, ain't no meanin' to your scribble
Cause words can't describe what you've been feelin' inside
It's like thousand foot walls, and they're still on the rise
But look up to a beautiful sound
And see for yourself you're not that far down
And know this, I cannot love a little
My promise to you is unconditional

And I'll keep the light on, for you
Just keep the course, you can weather the storm
I'll keep the light on, for you
You've come this far, don't you ever lose heart, now

Just turn around and I'll be there
    I'm moving into your atmosphere
Just turn around and I'll be there
    I'm moving into your atmosphere

I know you're all alone in a crowd full of friends
I can see it in your eyes that your fadin' again
Checking out, moving into your hole
Where the light can't touch any part of your soul
But hold up and let the river rush in
You can turn around and start livin' again
Cause your life is a beautiful bloom
In the image of the one that created you

And I'll keep the light on, for you
Just keep the course, you can weather the storm
I'll keep the light on, for you
You've come this far, don't you ever lose heart, now

Just turn around and I'll be there
    I'm moving into your atmosphere
Just turn around and I'll be there
    I'm moving into your atmosphere

    I'll be there

Said I'll be there, said I'll be there
Said I'll be there always, forever
Said I'll be there, said I'll be there
Said I'll be there always, forever

i like you never let go it such an uplifting song for emetophobic
    christians....

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
Your perfect love is casting out fear
And even when I’m caught in the middle of the storms of this life
    I won’t turn back
    I know You are near

And I will fear no evil
For my God is with me
And if my God is with me
    Whom then shall I fear?
    Whom then shall I fear?

    Chorus:
Oh no, You never let go
Through the calm and through the storm
Oh no, You never let go
In every high and every low
Oh no, You never let go
Lord, You never let go of me

And I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
A glorious light beyond all compare
And there will be an end to these troubles
    But until that day comes
We’ll live to know You here on the earth

    Chorus:

Yes, I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
And there will be an end to these troubles
    But until that day comes
Still I will praise You, still I will praise You

i like the whole fear nothing god is with me thing.

This song may not seem traditionally inspirational but it's my "feel good" song. Also the song I play when I'm sick or stressed or just need to relax. It reminds me of a place I used to go as a young girl. It's called Black Rock by O.A.R.

On the black rock is where i spend my time
writing a memory or writing a rhyme
thinking about what is right or wrong
On the black rock is where i like to go
After a long night comin home from the show
thats where i write my song all day long
    the black rock

    Sometimes, i just look around
taking the feeling coming out from the ground
thats just something i do sometimes
and then i just come out the door
taking the wind coming off of the shore
and thats just what im doing tonight

On the black rock is where i spend my time
writing a memory or writing a rhyme
thinking about what is right or wrong
On the black rock is where i like to go
After a long night comin home from the show
thats where i write my song all day long
    the black rock

When you are on your own
not speaking out is like fighting alone
and that is the worst damn way to fight
and when you are scared no more
you reach your hand out and just open the door
and thats just what I'm doing tonight

On the black rock is where i spend my time
writing a memory or writing a rhyme
thinking about what is right or wrong
On the black rock is where i like to go
After a long night comin home from the show
thats where i write my song all day long
    the black rock

    Reamonn - Supergirl

You can tell by the way, she walks that she's my girl
You can tell by the way, she talks that she rules the world.
You can see in her eyes that no one is her chain.
    She's my girl, my supergirl.
And then she'd say, it's Ok, I got lost on the way
but I'm a supergirl, and supergirls don't cry.
And then she'd say, it's alright, I got home late tast night,
but I'm a supergirl, and supergirls just fly.
And then she'd say that nothing can go wrong.
When you're in love, what can go wrong?
And then she'd laugh the nightime into day
    pushing her fear further long.
And then she'd say, it's Ok, I got lost on the way
but I'm a supergirl, and supergirls don't cry.
And then she'd say, it's alright, I got home, late last night
but I'm a supergirl, and supergirls just fly.
And then she'd shout down the line tell me she's got no more time
'cause she's a supergirl, and supergirls don't hide.
And then she'd scream in my face, tell me that leave, leave this place
'cause she's a supergirl, and supergirls just fly
    Yes, she's a supergirl, a supergirl,
she's sewing seeds, she's burning trees
She's sewing seeds, she's burning trees,
yes, she's a supergirl, a supergirl, a supergirl, my supergirl...
It was hard but I'd do it again (c)
Sometimes it takes a thousand tries to win (c)
