scared to go to therapist

i'm scared to go back to my new therapist tomorrow. he's going to get mad at me because i have decided i don't want to take the lexapro that he's pushing on me like a drug dealer.


i just think there has to be something in between hippy dippy breathing and meditation and hardcore drugging to fix me. i am so mad

but if udont wanna take it, then its COMPLETELY up to you. just make sure u have ur justified reasons ready to explain and things shud be ok.
