SO SCARED NEED HELP!

so my 3 yr old niece who i live with just got a stomach virus on monday. she v* twice and had a fever and before she v* i was in bed with her and cuddling with her and all that stuff. i am freaking out and getting really n*. like REALLY n*. but my sister hasnt caught it yet and she obviously has a lot more contact with the kid then i do. do you think its my anxiety thats making me soooo n*? yes its prob just your anxiety, i get like that a lot too! i will have been around someone for like an hour and they said they have gotten s* and will get really n* and shaky! but before they called i was fine, its hard not to be worried but most of the time in situations like this you worry over nothing and it never happens. just try to do something to take your mind off of it, as hard as that may be, but im sure you will be fine
