Gross! I had a doctor appt at a clinic that was inside a hospital.

The information lady directed me to the wrong doctor's office, so the receptionist walked with me to where I was supposed to go.

Can anyone tell me why oh why a hospital hallway would have carpet?? I
just kept looking down and sure enough there IT was...stains. You
    know the v* stains.

You could tell they were because of the splashed look. Why the hell would they have carpet?? Disgusting!!

Walking in a hospital is like walking through a haunted house, waiting for something to happen around every corner.

I hate hospitals, hate the smell, the germs, everything. I refuse to touch anything when I'm at the doctor. I never take the elevator, I use the stairs, incase someone is sick in the elevator, plus it's so closed up, I'm sure it's germy. Yuck. And I agree, having carpet is dumb, anything can happen, even apart from v*, people could bleed and I'm sure alot of other stuff. I totally agree with you.

I can't believe there would be carpet in a hospital, how dumb, especially since ppl are more likely to be sick there, you can't even clean that prpoerly, and then, that's just totally gross to see the stains too........Yuck Yuck Yuck.

You poor thing! Is that the only hospital around you???? I would never go back if it was me!lol

I bet it is an older hospital. I have noticed that they tend to be carpeted. So are the areas that are not ER or a special wing where people don't "usually" get sick. I am not saying that it makes it any better though> I think once it is that stained it should be lifted and redone but hey. what do I know.
I feel for you though. I hate hopitals though too. I have to say though too if you get a good one then there is no smell and it is a place that you can be comfortable. The one my mom is at is one of those. They are immaculate and it doesn't smell like hospital at all. There are no stains either. Even in the carpet parts like when you come into the lobby.
