Hi,

I havent been on here for months as I thought I was doing ok, have read your posts and can empathise totally! I am a terrible sleeper and if I wake up I am conviced its because I am ill, then the stress makes me feel worse, cant get back to sleep blah blah blah, hence its the middle of the night and Im logged on!!!!!

Easier saidf than done, but just try to relax and remember how well you have been doing in the last few months, we all have little set backs, as they say "these things are sent to try us"!!

Hope youre feeling better soon and back to sleeping better.
