i find it really hard to concentrate on literally anything but a panic if im having a bad one! but i do love music and some of my fave bands are listed below. i like a wide range of stuff really but my roots are in metal and goth.

So i love the band called Anathema (always makes me cry if ive had a glass too much of wine ) Metallica, Pink Floyd, Lacuna Coil. Used to really be into Korn, Slipknot, Deftones - that kind of nu-metal wave in the late 90s.

like a lot of 80s stuff too and cheesy sing a long tunes. i find happy up-beat songs best if im in a semi panic - things to sing along to!

i dont listen to music when i am having a panic attack. but lately i have been listening to music to get my mind off of certain things.

i like all types of music. but i am mainly a alt-rock type of person, but i listen to everything.

my cd collection ranges from incubus to jennifer lopez and everything in between. i love all different types of music.
Sometimes I feel the fear of uncertainty stinging clear and I can\'t help but ask myself how much I\'ll let the fear take the wheel and steer.

my go to is always ingrid michaelson's first album. i can sing along really well, and trying to match her voice perfectly tends to make me forget about whatever i'm freaking out about.

I know I'm reviving a dead thread, but I found an amazingly soothing song I wanted to share with you all. It's over an hour long, so it's perfect for relaxing and staying calm.
