    Okay, guys...I'm no webmaster, as you will be able to see. But I've spent the whole day creating another site for desensitization, or "gradual exposure". Check it out! You won't see any pictures unless you want to- they're all behind links with explanations.


    This site has a total of 43 pictures ranging from just a picture of the first letter of the word some people can't type or read or hear!

    Thank you so much for this, I had some therapy last year, but I only got 8 sessions, then I was told I had to go it alone! This is exactly what I need to build up my tolerance to exposure and reduce my anxiety.....I hope it works!!
