Food poisoning

Last night I ate a Cadbury's chocolate mousse which was two days out of date. It tasted fine and I only ate half of it.
When will I know if i've got food poisoning?
Like which bacteria could of gone off and how long will it take?

ditto, plus i'm sure you have enough stomach acid to kill off any type of bacteria that you've eaten..remember, we eat bacteria all the time.

Yep I agree. You would have been sick right away (with in hours) I have eaten things that were more out of date then that and been fine.
