Sometimes I feel that way if I don't get a good nights rest. I found out that I grind my teeth at night and it was keeping me awake and I didn't realize it. Maybe see a sleep specialist. A lot of times people don't know they have a sleeping problem until someone else tells them about it.

I find the way i wake up affects how i feel.

On a weekday when im woken by an alarm i always feel sick upon waking whereas on a weekend or a day off when i let myself wake up naturally i always wake up feeling ok.

My emet is severely affected by general anxiety so i assume the alarm just makes me jump awake, increasing my anxiety + therefore triggering nausea..

I've just recently trumped my morning nausea by waking up and telling myself positive affirmations (i.e. Today is going to be another blessed day for me to serve the Lord) and by telling myself everything that i'm thankful for and everything that has made me happy. This is a new routine for me to jump start my day off and this absolutely sets off the right tone and makes me more stable throughout the day.

You wouldn't believe it seems to me (collectively based on what i've read and remembered) that a lot of people (on this forum) feel this way too.
