Newbie Gearing up

Has anyone in this forum visited Live247support.com I accidentally bumped into it when I was looking for a website for my online business. It is quite interesting, they do live chat service and got affiliate program which for me is good but I am a newbie so good for me might not be good enough for you who are a lot more experienced than I am.You have any idea of a website or long list who do the same? Share it to us here. Thanks.
