Well if you have it on your hands and introduce it inot your nose, it may or may not make its way to your stomach. I am not sure, but I would not make the absolute assumption that picking your nose with be safe in spreading n.v.

Yes, you can introduce the virus to your body by touching your nose, especially the inside. Wash hands frequently and avoid touching your face!
