    Smile my success so far

Ive had this phobia since around the age of 16 and im now 32. I have had it bad for the last few years and it had very much stopped my life.
I started seeing a therepist in November and have just finished my treatment. I had analitical hypnosis/regression therepy. I wanted to share with you all how i have benefited from this so far as i would recomend this to anyone like me.

I have tried other theripists in my area before and it has never had any effect. I think i knew from the start that this guy was going to be worth the money. I visited him every week for around 10 weeks and she specialises in our phobia so he was already full of knowledge about it which i think made a big difference.

after 10 weeks i dont think im cured yet as i think ive still got to work on the behaviours i have learnt over the years but i would say that im 100% better than i was. At work this week 3 people were ill with bugs but i managed to stay at work and not freak out, which i would never have done before!!!!!! I can feel a masdsive change in me and even think i might have a drink to celebrate at the weekend!!!!!! ( again i would never do before)

Like i said i know ive still got a way ahead of me but i just wanted to share with you that i feel that there are ways of getting this under control and i think it has alot to do with the theripist you choose to work with.

    I hope this helps someone.

You sound like a living proof that this is working and that's great! There are definitely some internal changes going on by your accounts - i bet that sure feels good and rewarding to feel. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your success and progress along this journey. Take care!
\'Meow!\' for goodness sake! Scratch, scratch, scratch. (Lightly of course)
