I think I understand what you mean, even though its virtually impossible to articulate the feeling. I think to myself what if this is the day. What if I'm going along thinking that all is fine and then all of a sudden it happens. I'm in constant fear of it coming out of nowhere. Especially in a public place. WhenI'm thinking in that way whether I was feeling sick to begin with or not my stomach is all of a sudden in knots. I read "The Beach" a couple of weeks ago, and there is a VERY graphicdescription offood poisoning in it. AsI was reading it, I actually started to feel panic rising in me.

Yes, I totally know what you're talking about. The "off" days. The days that you just feel funky! I understand.

Me too. Every now and then, I wake up feeling anxious..thinking
today is the day it's gonna happen. It's horrible to admit, but
those are the days I usually call out of work, then end up feeling fine
a few hours later. Thank godness it doesn't happen often.
So yes, I completly understand. Carrie

I know exactly what you mean. I felt that way yesterday, I had a feeling all of a sudden with panic, I was out shopping, it was totally out of the blue. It's more of a oh no feeling, very hard to explain but I know what you mean.

i totally know what you're talking about! and the best way to describe
it is just WEIRD...kinda a floating feeling like somethings not right
about the day. i feel crazy talking about it too, kinda like it doesnt
make any sense. i associate alot of these days with fall for some
    reason...
