    Unhappy Can anyone relate??

    Hi all. I am new here. I just had a question..I believe my emet comes from me knowing that when I feel sick but not knowing if i am actually going to v*. That is what scares me most..I mean terrifies me. I just dont know when its actually going to come up and I am scared I am going to be at work or in a public place and its going to happen. Can someone please help!!!! Did i make any sense?

    YES I feel exactly the same way. The unknown-ness and the humiliation and loss of control were the worst part!
