Cost of CBT?
Can somebody give me an average cost per session for CBT? Or if you have gone through another type of therapy, the cost per session that you had to pay for it?

It depends on where you live and who you see. In Canada, registered psychologists charge about $150/hour. But some registered clinical counsellors are as low as $75/hour and some work on a sliding scale. If you can wait for a psychiatrist they are free and some of them do CBT.
In the USA you'd have to pay for a psychiatrist unless your insurance covers it, and I think the psychologists and such are a little cheaper than here.
I paid my psychologist enough to buy him a small car. It was worth every penny. If I hadn't had the money I would have sold my own car, and even my TV set...you just can't put a price on peace and joy vs. terror and horror!
