therapist in New York City/Northern New Jersey?
HEllo,
CAn anyone recommend a therapist in the NYC or northern NJ area? I have tried therapy but am having a hard time finding someone who specializes in emetophobia (or has even heard of it).

I'm sorry that I don't know anyone specifically, but I can tell you that it isn't necessary that they've heard of emetophobia. Just find someone you like who is willing to LISTEN and LEARN from you as you tell him or her about your phobic experience and how you feel.
