Can you walk when you're on it?

I could function absolutely normally.* It relaxed me so much that I think I could have fallen asleep.*

Also, how fast does it work?

My doctor's instructions were to take it 1 hour before the flight, and that worked well for me.* I've taken it for panic attacks and it actually calms me in less time than that, probably 20 minutes or so I can feel the affects.*


I encourage you to ask your doctor for it when you fly, because there really is no reason for anyone to have to suffer like that.*

Thank you so much. I actually did fall asleep on xanax but I was still scared. Oh, one more question: how long does it last? The only time I ever take a plane is when I go to Europe. And that's usually an 8 hour flight.
