i am really scared!

so it is 1 am right now and i am shivering but i am sweating and i feel really hot (i have the fan on)
my stomach was occasionally lurching other than that i feel fine but i cannot sleep i am really scared i will be sick please help!

Whenever i am really nervous or anxious about something I feel like that. Panic is a bad thing and is hard to stop but eventually it can be stopped and overcome.

When that happens, it might be helpful to sip on some gingerale and read a book for a while, or look at some tv to "reset" your brain so you can get back to sleep.
