Arrow Recovery System for my kind of emet phobia

Hi all, I realized I asked this question of the moderator but I should post it to get responses from others if possible I was looking @ the Recovery System and I was wondering if it works for emetophobes who have a phobia of others being sick. My phobia doesn't translate to myself being sick (its not fun but it doesn't bother me much), but I have a very severe phobia of other people around me being (or having been) sick. I think I read on one of the forums that the method basically coaches you about facing your fears and overcoming the fight-or-flight typical response. I would think (totally could be wrong though) that it would be much easier to work on overcoming your fear when your phobia is something within your own body versus a fear of other people's sickness which is literally something you can't control (nor can you necessarily create situations within which you could face that fear).... anyways, I don't know if anyone would have the answer to this question but I was considering purchasing the system (as I really do want to attempt recovery of this irrational fear) but I would like to know if it would work for my type of fear. Any thoughts???? Thanks so much for your time

Actually, fearing others vomit is much easier to treat. But the principles of stopping your anxiety are the same, so you should be able to get some help from the Recovery System. The system works for fear of things outside your body such as panic attacks, fear of driving or flying, etc. Anyway, it's very inexpensive and worth giving a try if you can't afford regular therapy.
