Triumph with my SOCIAL emet anxiety!

My emet has taken a bit of a 1% Triumph.
My theripist aka mum (She's trained in this stuff because of her job, but it helps , said I should try combatting it by going out more, as I never socialise, incase the "dreaded day" comes. I used to be ok, as a emet, socialising, but I had the whole"occasinal reflux" thing whilst swimming with mates. I have arranged "Cappicino Days", were me and my amazing bestmate Megan, and my bezziemate Luke go out and have a coffee. We have also arranged luch day on Friday, where we get lunch together. I see this as a milestone.
