    Has anyone looked at the "exposure therapy" pictures link?? I actually looked at all of the pictures, (some faster than others...lol) andthey got my heart racing. I am proud that I looked, but now a bit shook up. [img]smileys/smilies_12.gif[/img]


    I guess you're supposed to keep looking at them until your anxiety level decreases. Any advice?? Thanks! Charlotte

    well yes u have to do exactly that.


    u have to keep looking at the FIRST picture until you feel NO anxiety whatsoever and are infct bored of it. then, AND ONLY THEN, can you move on and look at the next picture.

    Jenneh's right. Follow the instructions carefully, or you risk becoming overwhelmed by anxiety, and the phobia will get worse.

    from personal experience, it did nothing. didnt make my emet better or worse.
