Please help me!!! im freaking out..right now

How can i get through this..My 7 year old daughter V*** in her bed 2 hours ago, i know its really been going around. And i have a 3 month old son im so scared he will catch it!!! I cant sleep . i so worried im going to get woken up by the awful sound!!!!!!

Oh sweetie im sorry.....I know how you feel.....Im the worst to ask....I have OCD...as well as emet.....so I would just go do a ritual to make myself feel better....but that doesnt help either....try and step away for a bit...go outside....and breathe deep.....look into the sky and take control of your mind...tell yourself....this too shall pass. Yeah that dont work for me either......watching cartoons always helps me though.....and eating mints. Im sorry your going through this......we will make it ......It is 10:40pm where Im at...and Im about to go to bed.....but I will say a prayer for you before bed....HUGS!!
