I am on the computer often and never thought of looking up a phobia of
V. And here it is peope who have the the phobia! I
have made a healthy life style for myself to avoid V without
becoming too compulsive. I have become vegetarian, eat
organic foods as much as possible, and I study herbology.
I listen to my body and don't eat unless I am actually hungry and I
don't over eat. I m not so sure I get as much anxioty when I am
just sick (which I haven't been sick in anyway for a long time)
but hearing of someone else not feel well or someone
getting sick infront of me in an uncomfortable situation really gets my
heart pumping and my body shacky. When people get sick
from over partying or watching the gross parts of fear factor doesn't
give me anxioty because I know they actually don't have a bug and I
won't get it. Well I am sure some people can relate.
Thanks for listening

Hi,

I'm really new here too and I have the exact same problem. My dad had a gallbladder attack a year ago, and except for feeling bad for his suffering, it didn't phase or bother me one bit, because I knew it wasn't "the evil flu". I watch Fear Factor too, and though I don't care to see or hear people V'ing on tv, it really doesn't scare me. Welcome and know that you're safe here- we're all in it together!
