I just wanted to share this with everyone. Here are some links to
read about acidophilus. Helps keep your belly healthy with
friendly bacteria that fights bad bacteria.
I use it and it helps me. Let me know if anyone else uses
it and how it works for you. I'm not a doctor so you
have to make you own judgement on taking acidophilus. If
these links don't work just search acidophilus.

I am user friendly! I have some acidophilus in my fridge right
now. I don't take it everyday, just with medicaton. It's
wonderful!! It really helps protect your stomach from too much
acid. But you can take it everyday. It is supposed to help
you digest your food better. I highly recomend it. Carrie

It is known to protect the digestive tract. There are some docs
who believe it wards off stomach viruses because it keeps the digestive
flora optimal which keeps viruses from attaching to the intestinal
wall. I don't know what truth there is to this since each
person's digestive track is different. If you eat tons of sugar
or drink alcohol, they would negate the protection of the
acidophilus.

Who knows? My guess it would help more than hurt.

Another thing - Dr. Andrew Weil said he takes it when he travels to protect his stomach from foreign bacteria.

That's wonderful! This could very well be our ticket to the freedom of our fear! The only thing is that there seem to be some uncertainties about it, but with a little more reasearch, anything's possible!
